Found this large tree washed up on beach covered in Goose barnacles, proof the gulf stream still reaches the north of Scotland

The original species cited (Pollicipes polymerus) is from the Pacific Ocean and has a more jagged appearance than Lepas due to a larger number of plates making up the "shell".
