Identifications Queen Angelfish - juvenile (Holacanthus ciliaris) by pirayaguara at 11:13 am 03/10/12 Confidence: I'm as sure as I can be.
Notes: Centre of picture - curved bands and blue edging
Sharp nosed puffer (Canthigaster rostata) by pirayaguara at 11:14 am 03/10/12 Confidence: It's likely to be this, but I can't be certain.

Dying reef?
That looks like some of the dying reefs I have seen in the Caribbean, and covered with sediment. A very serious worldwide problem which contributes to climate change (as well as being caused by it!).
Sorry, don't know what any of the fish are.
