Another moth I am not sure about.

I agree with Les and Gary's comments. I suppose for completeness we should mention the closely related and very similar Langmaid's Yellow Underwing, which was first found in Britain in the early 1990s, see:

To tell these two apart requires close examination of such things as the underside of the forewings, but as far as I know Langmaid's Yellow Underwing has only been found in southern England so far (and not many times even there), so the chances are overwhelmingly in favour of Lesser Broad-bordered Yellow Underwing.

Green collar is the giveaway
Yes I think you are right. The green collar is the giveaway, although this does fade so not all LBBYU have them. The rather indistinct markings and general shape look right too.
