Ladybirds in the North-East
One of the virtues of iSpot is that I've taken more interest in (to me) less familiar groups, like the invertebrates. Especially having seen one contributors tag-line "record your ladybird sightings", so I thought I'd make an effort to do so.
But in Teesside this year so far, I haven't seen a single ladybird. And I've been looking!
Is the North-East not well-blessed with them? Or are they seen later in the year up here?
