Description: Bought this many years ago from a plant stall it was listed just as Scabious and I have never managed to id it correctly.It is very compact and forms a rosette of leaves at the base the flowers are only 2cm in dia,and the height is 12cm.It is very hardy and self seeds readily,flowers from late June till late Sept if I dead head it.Any thought's welcomed maybe an alpine form
